I am pleased to provide a reference for Troy Morrell, whom I have been working with since early 2023. From the outset, Troy has demonstrated excellent communication and a consistently high level of professionalism. This was particularly evident during the RFP process for our first site, where the proposal he presented was of exceptional quality and made the decision to work with Troy and his team an easy one. In 2025, we opened our second site, requiring similar services to those Troy had previously provided. I contacted him to scope the new facility, and he delivered a well-prepared proposal with a very fast turnaround. This efficiency, combined with our positive prior experience, made it a straightforward decision to continue working with him. The implementation was carried out seamlessly and to a high standard. Troy has always responded promptly to requests, ensuring all work is completed professionally and following up to gather client feedback. His clear communication, reliability, and proactive approach to customer service make him exceptional to work with. I have no hesitation in recommending Troy Morrell and would gladly continue working with him in the future.

Troy is a true professional, committed to both his team and his customers, and never afraid to roll up his sleeves to help others. He is a great communicator and generous with his experience and ideas. I asked him to speak to Fulton Hogan’s Auckland team about becoming an Amotai-registered Fulton Hogan supplier, as well as the ‘why’ behind Manaaki Facility Services. Troy didn’t hesitate to take on the challenge, fielding some tough questions and gaining the teams’ confidence and respect.
